Where we ship
We ship to addresses in Canada. Available destinations are shown at checkout when you enter your delivery address.
Shipping charges
Shipping options and charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the contents of your order. The exact amount is always shown before you pay.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery times, where available, are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. They are estimates, and delivery can be affected by carrier delays, weather, peak periods or customs and remote-area handling.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation by email, including tracking details where the carrier provides them.
Duties and taxes
Applicable Canadian taxes are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Incorrect address or undelivered parcels
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge for re-shipping.
