What does Maple Aura sell?
Maple Aura is an online boutique for women’s fashion, jewellery, and home & handloom essentials: kurtis, co-ord sets, lehengas, gowns and other outfits; earrings, necklaces and jewellery sets; and bedsheets, comforters, quilts and more for the home.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes, we ship to addresses in Canada. Available delivery options and charges are calculated at checkout from your delivery address. For more detail, please see our Shipping Policy.
How do I choose the right size?
Where a size guide is available it appears on the product page, in the Size Guide tab and from the “Size guide” link above the size options. If you are between sizes or unsure, please contact us before ordering and we will be glad to help.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where the carrier provides them. You can also view your orders any time by signing in to your account.
What payment methods can I use?
The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. Your payment details are handled by our payment providers, and we do not store full card numbers on this website.
How are taxes calculated?
Applicable Canadian taxes are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, and shown before you place your order.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Our Return & Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds work. To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the item(s) concerned.
What if my item arrives damaged or is not what I ordered?
We are sorry if this happens. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging, and we will help put it right.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as you can. We can only make changes before an order has shipped.
How should I care for my purchase?
Care instructions are given on each product page. Handloom and embroidered pieces and jewellery often need gentler care, so please check the details for the item you chose.
